A Collection of Spectacles

i strive to eliminate the last traces of any emotion that can be deemed overly enthusiastic. enthusiasm in the form of feelings that draw your mind back to one subject and one subject only. cruelly lets it wander towards others for seconds at a time only to reel it back in to your place of origin. it preoccupies the brain so often that it is no longer a thought but The Thought.

i only ask if i did the wrong thing.

currently life sends me mixed messages, hope only in its most bittersweet form.

No state. No politics. No greed.

It’s easy to say but harder to follow.

Anti-consumerism has its place planted firmly in the neighborhoods of suburban youth possibly because they are deprived just enough to feel disgusted but not enough to feel the effects of impoverishment.

There is fine line between living comfortably and acting as the catalyst of a corrupt cycle and it all depends on your personal comfort level. Knowing that I’m comfortable with having less than most may help for when I’m out on my own. Keep in mind, this may change. When someone else is paying for your things it’s very easy to reject it all.

What’s most interesting is that, sometimes, advocates of civil disobedience and social disruptions (with purpose) turn into huge CEOs or corporate execs.

I wonder what changes people.
